• The issue prompting the refund is clearly documented, and Behav-IQ has been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.​

 

3. Types of Refunds

• Full Refunds: Granted when the product fails to function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

• Partial Refunds: May apply when:

  • Only part of the service was delivered or accessed.

  • A subscription was used for a portion of the billing cycle.

  • The refund is requested outside the standard 14-day window but within 30 days, subject to review.​

 

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after full access or usage.

• Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.

• Custom integrations, branding, or development work.

• Promotional or discounted purchases unless explicitly stated.​

We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve refund requests within 7 business days.
