First Quantum Minerals - Zambia

As part of the Umodzi Project in Zambia, 28 trainers completed a Train-the-Trainer program focused on adult learning, facilitation, and bias reduction in behavioural evaluations. Using our Behav-IQ platform, trainers achieved 92.2% accuracy against SME benchmarks across 330 competency ratings, ensuring reliable, calibrated assessments before delivering the Load & Haul Operator Programs. The platform’s IRR SENTRY feature now maintains ongoing consistency, supporting safer behaviours and improved production outcomes.
